Delivery If no one is at home when your order is delivered, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions of either a redelivery or collection details of your nearest depot/post office. Parcelforce will offer the same options. If the delivery address refuses delivery of the goods or if you do not respond to the instruction card left for you, your order will be returned to the Saroo Baby, we will then wait for you to contact us before we refund your money less the return postage cost. Wrong Delivery Address Provided If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, Saroo Baby will not be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.
Return Policy You may return any items purchased from Saroo Baby within 14 days, please contact us before the item is sent. Return postage is at your expense and postage costs are not refunded. All items need to be returned in original packaging and condition in order to qualify for a refund. Product Guarantee All items purchased from Saroo Baby have a 6 month guarantee.
We will exchange or repair any product if it displays a manufacturing fault within 28 days. If it displays a manufacturing fault after 28 days but within the guarantee period we will repair or send spare parts to you free of charge. Accidental damage and damaged caused by misuse is not covered by this guarantee and therefore a charge will be made. If you have damaged any of your nursery items you may be able to make a claim against your household contents insurance. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights Specifications, Colours, Weights and Sizes All sizes and weights are given as a guide only and are approximate. Representations of colour are approximate due to the limitations of photographic and calibrations of different output devices. All goods are subject to availability.
